This is a clip from S4E3, where Dr. Matthew J Zirwas talked about how activated charcoal can help reduce an eczema flare. (Although he doesn't share about topical steroid withdrawal (TSW) - I have seen people use activated charcoal for their skin as well). To listen to the full episode, tune into S4E3 to learn more about how L-histidine, activated charcoal, apple cider vinegar, and melatonin can all help your eczema.
