Have you ever dealt with histamine intolerance or have you had to try a low-histamine diet?

Everyone releases histamine, but when our body is not able to regulate it, then it becomes a problem when we release too much histamine.

Sometimes, eczema symptoms may stick around, even after modifying to an anti-inflammatory diet. Unfortunately, healthy foods that are excellent for their anti-inflammatory properties, like fish, avocados, eggplant, spinach, tomatoes, bacon, or other dried and citrus fruits can be high in histamine.

Just keep in mind that a “healthy diet” doesn’t always mean one that’s low in histamine.

Learn more about histamines, histamine intolerance, and whether a low histamine diet can help your skin.

Have you (or anyone you know) ever experienced zingers? Zingers are common when it comes to topical steroid withdrawal (TSW), but it can also be experienced when some people have eczema and atopic dermatitis as well.

Zingers are a type of nerve pain, that can feel like you're being shocked, zapped, and they're also called "sparklers."

In this episode, I share my personal experience with zingers.

Please note that this is my personal experience only, and it is not meant to be substituted as medical advice. :)

In this 2 part series, Eric Koepp, co-founder of Skinesa, shared if probiotic skincare really works to help eczema and topical steroid withdrawal (TSW).  He also shared why there are only 2-3 real brands of probiotics.

It turns out that many probiotic brands don't contain actual probiotics in them. Many probiotic skincare brands are also using "false advertising", as many of them contain probiotic ingredients, with no actual probiotics in them.

Eric also shared that only 1 in 500 probiotic strains are based on "evidence-based" probiotics (meaning that they've been studied on in clinical trials).

Eric also shares the future of probiotic skincare, especially when most aren't "real".

In children, interrupted breathing during sleep can have severe effects on brain growth.
