In this video, Dr. Jason Lee breaks down how Topical Steroid Withdrawal (TSW) works in your body.

>> Join the 7 day Visualization & Meditation workshop here.

>> Shop my Conqueror line of products to help your skin find relief here.

He talks about his own experience going through it, why the medical community doesn't fully understand it, and why you can't heal TSW until the "fire" is put out. He also talks about the different types of eczema and he gives a great explanation about how topical steroids can become so addictive to your body.

This is one of the most important interviews that I've done with Dr. Jason Lee and I hope it helps you. He can be found at Innermedica Clinic.

In today’s episode, you’ll learn how rejection, trauma, and stress may be flaring up or triggering your eczema and topical steroid withdrawal (TSW).

You'll also learn things like:

  • why relationships may be flaring you up
  • why changing your diet, adding supplements, and seeing doctors aren't enough to help you heal
  • learn an amazing story about a woman who couldn't eat any gluten and was finally able to eat gluten again after emotionally healing
  • find out my personal story of how relationships affected my skin (and how relationships may be affecting yours too).

Our guest today is Dr. Nima Rahmany, a chiropractor and Mental & Health Optimization Coach, who discovered that most illnesses stem from a past traumatic event. After 15 years as a chiropractor, Dr. Nima found that most of his patients came to see him for various issues that stemmed from stress. However, he became increasingly frustrated when chiropractic care alone could not address why people got sick, stressed, and stuck.

Today, I had the pleasure of interviewing Korey Capozza and Keri Kelley from Global Parents for Eczema Research.

They shared research on how paediatric dermatitis impacts families and caregivers in 9 areas: sleep, social isolation, time requirements, life decisions, family relationship dynamics, energy/fatigue, mental health impacts, and unmet treatment needs.

Global Parents for Eczema Research is a grassroots, parent-led non-profit organization that advances research and policy changes to help caregivers who have children with eczema. They also have a great mentorship program.

I hope this podcast helps you!
