My guest, Jennifer, shares more about how you should properly stop steroid use.

To get guidance and support from both of us on your healing journey, you can learn more about our coaching program here.

In this 2 part series, Eric Koepp, co-founder of Skinesa, shared if probiotic skincare really works to help eczema and topical steroid withdrawal (TSW).  He also shared why there are only 2-3 real brands of probiotics.

It turns out that many probiotic brands don't contain actual probiotics in them. Many probiotic skincare brands are also using "false advertising", as many of them contain probiotic ingredients, with no actual probiotics in them.

Eric also shared that only 1 in 500 probiotic strains are based on "evidence-based" probiotics (meaning that they've been studied on in clinical trials).

Eric also shares the future of probiotic skincare, especially when most aren't "real".
